I think icebreakers are a great idea. These events really make it easier to get people talking.

Organizations can also use <a href="http://www.e-newsletters.com/enewsletter-publisher/using-enewsletter-templates.htm" rel="nofollow">email newsletter templates</a> to build memorable communications.

We used your idea from your page on Icebreakers for Women. We loved the Wear Different Hats idea. Funniest thing happened in that our group loved the activity so much, they decided to play it several times so they could pick up a different hat and be a different person. I can't tell you how much fun we had and how much we got to learn about each other. Amazing. Thanks. Elizabeth (Dayton OH)

As an executive in my company, I am responsible for planning icebreakers for groups and various meetings. These gatherings may include C-level participants, board members, major sponsors or corporate partners. The easiest way for me to come up with new ideas all the time is to think of one particular person that will be there and structure the icebreaker as if I were just interacting with that one person who I don't know that well. It's a great way to start brainstorming on your own!
